281 inmates released from Phuket prison

PHUKET: 260 Thai inmates and 21 immigration detainees were released from Phuket provincial prison on Friday (April 2) as part of a Royal pardon issued by HM the King to honour HRH Princess Sirinhorns 60th birthday.
