Phuket underpass opens – but doesn’t

PHUKET: At the ceremony this morning (April 6) at the underpass, Air Chief Marshall Prajin Juntong, Minister of Transport and Sommai Phasee, Minister of Finace, were on hand for a grand ceremony to open the completed underpass at the Central Festival intersection.
