Suspended Phuket OrBorJor chief declines to comment

PHUKET: Following yesterday̕s announcement that Paiboon Upatising, president of the Phuket OrBorJor (Provincial Administration Organisation) is one of seven Provincial Administration Organisation presidents ordered to cease carrying out their duties, Mr Paiboon is declining to comment on the matter.
