PHUKET: Thai celebrity singer and actor Chinawut-Stéphane Indracusin, better known to his adoring fans simply as “Chin”, and his rising star sister Sophie will lead the launch of a road-safety campaign aimed at saving the lives of teenagers across Phuket.
