Additionally, the meter is checked upon check-in and again upon check-out to ensure accurate billing.
• Security Deposit: A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.
